By completing this purchase, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions between yourself (“Client”) and Elegant Femme, LLC (“Company”).

1. AGREEMENT
By completing this purchase, you (“Client”) are entering into a legally binding agreement with Elegant Femme, LLC (“Company”).
By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth below.

2. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
All payments are due in full at the time of purchase or as outlined in the selected payment plan.
Because our programs are digital, energetic, and immediately accessible upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. No chargebacks or cancellations will be accepted.
If you are enrolled in a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments, regardless of participation, completion, or change in circumstances. Failure to meet payments may result in removal from the program and collection of any outstanding balances.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All program materials, including but not limited to audio recordings, videos, written content, meditations, workbooks, and brand assets, are the exclusive property of Elegant Femme, LLC.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.
Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of any materials—digital or physical—is strictly prohibited without written consent from Elegant Femme, LLC.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Our programs are designed for educational, creative, and spiritual growth. Elegant Femme, LLC does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
You acknowledge that your participation and results are fully your responsibility. You agree to use your own discernment and seek appropriate professional advice when necessary.

5. DISCLAIMER
While our programs are designed to support your transformation and expansion, we make no guarantees regarding results, outcomes, or earnings.
You understand that any examples, testimonials, or success stories shared by Elegant Femme or others are illustrative and not guarantees of future results.
Elegant Femme, LLC shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from your participation or application of any materials.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY & COMMUNITY CONDUCT
You agree to honor and maintain confidentiality for any information shared by other participants within group settings, calls, or online communities.
You also agree to engage respectfully and to uphold the energy and integrity of the Elegant Femme community. The Company reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in harmful, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior without refund.

7. TECHNOLOGY & ACCESS
You are responsible for ensuring you have access to the necessary technology (internet connection, devices, software) to participate in the program. Elegant Femme, LLC is not responsible for technical issues outside of its control.
Program access is granted for personal use. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue access to materials as part of the ongoing evolution of our work.

8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
